Ear Gear Disposable Corded Earplugs

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Roll the earplug into a small, thin “snake” with your fingers (make sure they are clean).
2. Pull the top of your ear up and back with your opposite hand, to straighten out your ear canal.
3. Insert the rolled-up earplug into your ear.
4. Hold it in with your finger for a few seconds, so that it can expand and fit snugly in your ear.
